And with the festival season knocking on doors, the pressure to deliver the best experiences is ON! Retailers are preparing for a surge in demand. For instance, Fashion retailers are gearing up for a potential 15% revenue growth, while the F&B sector braces for increased demand. For many top brands, this period accounts for nearly 30% of their annual sales. Furthermore, Quick-commerce platforms will also see a lot of action, with consumers opting for convenience and last-minute deliveries, spurring the expansion of 24x7 services to meet customer needs even in the wee hours.
 
As we look toward the future, it's clear that omnichannel retailing will continue to reshape the industry, merging the convenience of eCommerce with the immersive, experience-driven nature of physical stores. Retail malls stand at the forefront of this transformation, offering consumers the best of both worlds and redefining the future of shopping.
